I’m a massive lover and advocate of reading. Empathy is one of the most important human skills we can develop — especially true for UX designers — and there is no better place to confront your empathy than in literature. If I could stay on my soap box for just one more moment, I encourage anyone viewing this page to read more fiction this year. “Read widely. Read in translation, for God’s sake, especially as English people. Read as hungrily as you possible can.”
